Temples, India, 1782. A group of temple buildings, (probably the Baidyanath Temple) with trisura and flags at the top. Deorgag [Deoghar], Santal Parhanas [Santhal Parganas district], Bihar. In 1778, English painter William Hodges travelled to India, one of the first British professional landscape painters to visit that country.
