Marshall Ney, Prince of Moskwa, c1800, (1816). Michel Ney (1769-1815) was a French Napoleonic General and Marshal. Known as the Bravest of the Brave. After fighting for Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo, he was condemned for high treason and shot by firing squad.
