The Kinwun Mingyi, (Burmese prime minister), c1826. 'Kee [?] Moongee, proceeding to the Latoo [?] at Necoangbe... [illegible] to meet the British Commissioners [?] on the 2nd October 1825 to treat for Peace'. The Kinwun Mingyi, or Prime Minister, accompanied by servants, proceeding to the Hlutaw, the King's Supreme Court at Nyaungbinzeik, near Prome, Burma. The First Anglo-Burmese War took place 1824-1826.
