Two Europeans at an audience with a king, 1605. 'La mangnificence [sic] du Roy de Cabo Iopo gonsalves'. On the left a man grabs the breast of a woman who is suckling a child. Next to them is a sort of barbecue with food cooking on it. From "Description et Recit Historial du riche Royaume d'or de Gunea [or Guinea], aultrement nommé, la coste de l'or de Mina" (Description and Historical Account of the rich golden Kingdom of Guinea, otherwise called, the gold coast of Myna [or Mina]) by Pieter de Marees.
