Farini's Friendly Zulus, 1880. Illustration from an advertisement for an attraction at St James' Hall or the Royal Aquarium in London, in which Zulu warriors performed dances and vignettes of traditional ceremonies. William Leonard Hunt, who went by the stage name The Great Farini, brought the group to Britain during the Anglo-Zulu War of 1879.
