The text of the poster states that Lalloo "is possessed of two bodies, one head, four perfect arms, four perfect hands, four perfect legs, four perfect feet. But Lalloo has only got one perfect head." Lalloo, from Lucknow in India, was likely born with polymelia, where an individual has more than the usual number of limbs.
