Palace of Westminster, Westminster Hall, Parliament Square, Westminster, City of Westminster, Greater London Authority, 1920. Hand coloured copy of labelled detail from the west showing the middle purlin between trusses two and three on the east side of the hammerbeam roof at Westminster Hall, with a section. The medieval great hall is part of the Palace of Westminster in London. It was erected in 1097 and is the oldest building in Parliament.
