Monument of Roger de Lauria, Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain, 1887 (2001). Roger de Lauria (c1245-1305), an Italian admiral in Aragonese service, Commander of the fleet of the Crown of Aragon during the War of the Sicilian Vespers. The bronze sculpture by Felix Ferrer i Galceran was placed in the Rambla Nova of Tarragona in 1889. The pedestal was built by Ramon Salas Ricoma.
