Empress State Building, Lillie Road, Earl's Court, Hammersmith and Fulham, London, 05/06/1962. The newly completed Empress State Building, Earl's Court, London. A view looking up at the tower from an entrance at its foot. Laing built the foundations and the reinforced concrete frame of the building, work began in November 1959 and ran until July 1961.
