Nike of Paionios, from Olympia, c421 BC. Statue of winged Nike standing on eagle. She wears sleeveless chiton leaving the left breast bare and a heavy cloak billowing in the wind. Donated to Zeus by the Messenians and their Naupaktian colonists to commemorate the victory over the Spartans. Dimensions: height: 230 cmheight: 216 cm
