Belvedere torso, 1st century BC. Over life-size statue of naked god or hero, seated on a rock covered by panther skin. The subject is controversial. Signed by Apollonios of Athens, son of Nestor (the signature is written below the rock). Dimensions: height x width: 157 x 90 cm. At Museo Pio-Clementino.
