'Maeterlinck', c1893. Maurice Polydore Marie Bernard Maeterlinck (1862-1949), Belgian playwright, poet, and essayist who was Flemish but wrote in French. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1911. Also called Comte (Count) Maeterlinck from 1932. From the 2e collection [Felix Potin, c1893].
