Tea tasters at Lyons tea factory, Greenford, Greater London, post 1920. The tasters on the left work their way down a long line of cups of tea, with a mug of the respective tealeaves behind the cup. On the right of the picture three men record the outcomes. In 1920 Lyons moved its headquarters from Cadby Hall, West Kensington, to Greenford, Greater London. Here they opened the largest tea-packing plant in the world.
