'Albemarle and Fitzwalter exchange defiance', 1864. Walter FitzWalter, 5th Baron FitzWalter, (1368-1406) has a heated exchange with Edward, Duke of Albemarle, in the court of Henry IV. Lord Fitzwalter accused the Duke of Albemarle with the murder of Gloucester. Divided, the House of Lords exchange defiance by throwing down their gages.
